真空淬火的優勢：可保證工件變形量小，不氧化，不脫碳，工件表面光潔度好

01- 真空淬火 Vacuum quenching

真空淬火，是指實現零件的光潔淬火。零件的淬火冷卻在真空爐內進行，淬火介質主要是氣（如氮氣）、水和真空淬火油等。

真空淬火已大量應用于各種滲碳鋼、合金工具鋼、高速鋼和不銹鋼的淬火，以及各種時效合金、硬磁合金的固溶處理。

激光淬火在提高金屬表面的耐磨性、耐腐蝕性、耐疲勞性和沖擊性等方面，都可以取得明顯的效果；且激光淬火無污染，屬于局部表面處理，壓力小、變形小，具有廣闊的應用前景。

02- 激光改性處理 Laser modification

激光改性處理：是指用激光照射零件表面，可加熱至臨界相變溫度以上，移去激光束后，該表面迅速冷卻自行淬火。

滲碳淬火的優勢：經滲碳處理后的工件可在工件表面達到很高的硬度，并使工件具有很好的耐磨性能。

03- 滲碳淬火 Carburizing and quenching

滲碳淬火：是指一種在一定溫度下一定介質中是碳原子滲入工件表層的化學熱處理工藝。

氮化處理的優勢：經氮化處理的制品具有優異的耐磨性、耐疲勞性、耐蝕性及耐高溫的特性，且工件變形量小。

04- 滲氮處理 Nitriding treatment

氮化處理，是指一種在一定溫度下一定介質中使氮原子滲入工件表層的化學熱處理工藝。

表面感應淬火優勢：加熱速度快，穩定性好，表面可以獲得高硬度、高耐磨性。

Advantages of surface induction quenching: fast heating speed, good stability, high surface hardness and high wear resistance.

05- 表面感應淬火 Surface hardening

表面感應淬火：感應加熱表面淬火就是在一個感應線圈中通以一定頻率的交流電(有高頻，中頻，工頻三種)，使感應圈周圍產生頻率相同的交變磁場，置于磁場之中的工件就會產生與感應線圈頻率相同，方向相反的感應電流，這個電流叫渦流。由于集膚效應，渦流主要集中在工件的表層。由渦流所產生的電阻熱使工件表層被迅速加熱到淬火溫度，隨即向工件噴水，將工件表層淬硬。

調質淬火：“淬火＋高溫回火”（對碳鋼一般是500℃～650℃），可以提高材料的綜合力學性能。

06- 大型件調質淬火、去應力回火 Large parts quenching and tempering

去應力回火：去應力回火是為了使形狀復雜，切削加工量大而尺寸精度要求嚴格的工件，如合金鋼刀具、模具等，消除切削應力，減少淬火變形。所以在加工后(淬火前) 常于600~700℃進行2~4h的去應力回火。

深冷處理的優勢：可以改變金屬材料的內部結構，進而改善材料的力學和加工性能，它是目前較新的強韌化處理工藝之一。
